Over the past 24 to 48 hours, the internet has been on fire after Travis and his brother Jason Kelce announced that their next guest on the "New Heights" podcast would be Travis’ girlfriend, global pop superstar Taylor Swift.

While Swift discussed her new album, The Eras Tour, her relationship with Kelce and her new sourdough hobby, Swift devoted five minutes to discussing former BYU offensive lineman and current Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, as the Deseret News previously reported.

The Kansas City Chiefs didn’t look very sharp during Friday night’s 33-16 preseason loss to the Seattle Seahawks. But while the Seahawks rolled to victory on the backs of their dominant rushing performance — racking up 174 rushing yards in the first half and 268 overall — the Chiefs used the game to test its young players and evaluate their depth.

As an answer, Gardner Minshew, who got the start over Patrick Mahomes with No. 15 sitting, led the Chiefs on a 12-play, 65-yard drive as the offense had little trouble moving the ball down the field. But the offense was stopped just short on a fourth-down try at Seattle’s 15-yard line.

The Tillamook and Astoria DMVs are closed Friday, leaving a gap in service for a large portion of the northwest Oregon Coast. According to the Oregon Department of Transportation, the Tillamook DMV is closed due to an undisclosed facility issue, making this the second day in a row they have been closed.

Dave Toub, who has coached with Reid for 20 seasons, including stops at Missouri and the Philadelphia Eagles, marvels at Reid’s ability to not sleep. “I don’t know how he does it,” Toub said. “It’s real. I’ve got to have seven hours. If I don’t get seven hours, I’m toast.”
