A federal appeals court vacated the Federal Trade Commission's Click to Cancel rule -- which was to go into effect next week -- on procedural grounds.

The rule, unveiled by the Federal Trade Commission in the Biden era, would have made it easier to cancel subscriptions and was due to be enforced from July 14.
