Two people have been charged after a 79-year-old woman was hit and seriously injured by a stray bullet in Minneapolis on Sunday.

A spokesperson with Omar Fatah's campaign said they see this as disenfranchisement of thousands of Minneapolis caucus-goers and the delegates.
