The suit addresses the scrapping of Covid-19 vaccination recommendations for children and pregnant women and the dismantling an influential expert panel that advises the government on immunizations.

The lawsuit alleges that a decision in May to remove COVID-19 vaccines from the federal list of recommended vaccines for healthy children and pregnant women was unlawful.

The new lawsuit repeats those concerns, alleging that Kennedy and other political appointees at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services have flouted federal procedures and systematically attempted to mislead the public.
