Michigan State Police are working to identify a motorist accused of shooting at another car early Friday traveling south on Interstate 75 between Southfield Road and Outer Drive. A 47-year-old from River Rouge said a red car pulled up next to her in the freeway's center lane and someone began shooting,

Gunfire from a passing car ripped into a crowd of partygoers in the River North neighborhood, the police said.
