Jalen McMillan is sidelined into the regular season.

Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan likely will miss several weeks recovering from a neck injury and was ruled out for Tampa Bay's Week 1 game by head coach Todd Bowles on Tuesday.

Even so, it will test the Bucs’ depth at receiver until the return of Chris Godwin, who is recovering from a dislocated ankle and will begin the year on the “physically unable to perform” list.
