His SGS Studios is partnering with Paramount Television to bring a 450,000-square-foot facility online that will be able to accommodate four series simultaneously.

The venture comes after Texas bolstered its incentive program for movies and TV shows. The facility will be home to productions in the Sheridan-verse.
