Hyundai has issued a safety recall for possible melting fuel tanks in certain cars. Around 85,000 vehicles are affected by the recall, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

An issue with a damaged check valve can cause the gas tank to expand into exhaust components, melting the tank.
