Ben Whitaker is in a Morgan County courtroom after a previous trial ended in a deadlocked jury in Laurens County.
Whitaker shot his wife Tiffani Scarborough, also a nurse, at their Penn Avenue home in Dublin in June 2021, according to investigators.
