BEECH GROVE, Ind. ( WPTA /Gray News) - Indiana State Police said late Monday that a suspect wanted for shooting two police officers near a high school was taken into custody.

Kenneth Johnson, 47, of Beech Grove, is being transferred due to a safekeeping order. He was previously booked at the Marion County jail.
