Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday engaged in bilateral talks with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the sidelines of the G20 Summit. The leader expressed robust support for Brazil's ‘Global Alliance against Hunger and Poverty’ initiative during their talks.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday met United States President Joe Biden at the 19th G20 Summit being held at Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and said it is "always a delight to meet him."

Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday to attend the G20 summit and is set to have in-depth talks with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Chinese state media reported on Monday.

The president was invited to the summit by his Brazilian counterpart, and will also hold other meetings during his time in Rio. President Bola Tinubu has arrived at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to attend the 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20).
