The final stage of launch preparations officially kicks off tomorrow.

The Artemis II mission will send four astronauts on a test flight around the moon, the first crewed mission to the lunar vicinity in over 50 years.

The Artemis 2 moon rocket consists of NASA's second Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft, and is scheduled to launch four astronauts around the moon as early as Feb. 6.
