Six new Ryzen AI 400G processors are appearing for the AM5 platform, 12 if you count the Pro versions for business PCs. They are the first combo processors with Zen 5 cores for desktop computers that have more than two graphics cores (Compute Units, CUs) with a total of 128 shaders. AMD is introducing the CPUs under the codename Gorgon Point.
The Pittsburgh startup, founded by Carnegie Mellon University researchers, has now raised $76 million in total.
