U.S. President Donald Trump and South Korean President Lee Jae Myung, meeting for first time, described admiration for each other, and pledged cooperation.

South Korea has long come under targeted criticism from Trump, who has called it a "money machine" that takes advantage of American military protection.

RCP's Phil Wegmann asked President Trump during an Oval Office meeting with the South Korean president on Monday whether the U.S. would consider reducing the number of troops stationed in Korea and whether he views Korea as two countries or one country waiting to be unified.
