The winners of The Biggest Loser shed hundreds of pounds to gain thousands of dollars. The weight loss competition, which ran on NBC for 17 seasons between 2004 and 2016 before returning in 2020 for an 18th and final season on USA Network,

That discourse continues to this day, with Netflix having recently dropped Skye Borgman's documentary Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser. Many of the series' most memorable transformations are highlighted and dissected, but not Frederickson's.

Frederickson did end up gaining back 20 pounds within a couple months of the finale. She told Us Weekly in April 2014 that she felt 125 pounds was her “perfect weight.” She also insisted that she’d lost weight “so naturally” on “The Biggest Loser.”
