Open the Excel workbook file or template with macros you want to export to another computer. Press the "Alt-F11" keys to launch the Visual Basic for Applications, or VBA, editor.
Browse to the folder where you saved the .BAS files you exported from Excel. Highlight the first .BAS file in the folder and click open. Visual Basic adds the module to your.NET project window.
Executing Python code from within Excel involves importing a single BAS file and using the RunPython command. No add-ins have to be installed.
