The note-taking tool is not enabled by default. Launch the Edge browser and turn on the OneNote Feed option to get started. More details here.

Microsoft is adding a Web Capture tool to Edge that allows users to not just capture parts of a webpage, but also scroll below to take long screenshots. It is now live in Canary and Dev builds.
