Using iCloud on Windows used to be a real pain, but that's long gone, as these days it's easy to use Apple's cloud storage on Microsoft's OS.

Setting up iCloud Keychain in Chrome on Windows is a two-step process. First, install iCloud for Windows on your PC or laptop, which allows access to Passwords and Keychain in Chrome.

After these steps, your iCloud notes should appear and start syncing again on devices signed in to the same Apple Account. When syncing completes, content previously synced to iCloud should appear.
