Find your friend’s profile from the results and click Add friend to send the friend request. Once the friend request has been accepted, their username will be added on your friends list.

If there’s a number next to Friends on the navigation panel, that means you have pending requests waiting to be accepted or declined. If not, unfortunately you haven’t had any requests yet!
