You can access the forms through multiple entry points, including your Microsoft 365 account, forms.office.com, Excel Online, or the Microsoft Store app.

As you can see in Figure H, Microsoft imports and formats the Excel data. To enter new data, click New and Microsoft Lists will open a data entry form.

Data forms provide an alternative option for data entry in your Excel spreadsheet. Instead of scrolling from right to left in a wide row of fields, use a data form to view one record at a time.
