Click "Tools" on the overhead menu and then scroll down to "Internet Options." In the "Internet Options" window, click the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the end of the "Browsing" section.

Open the Microsoft Internet Explorer "Tools" menu and choose "Internet Options." When the Internet Options dialog box opens, click on the "Advanced" tab.
