Katy Perry's tour prop began malfunctioning during her concert in San Francisco. A footage capturing the incident from Perry's ongoing Lifetimes Tour had been going viral.

A San Rafael man has pleaded guilty in a case involving a loaded gun and a police chase into San Francisco. Jechivon Anay Cifuentes Diaz, 22, was arrested in February after an incident in Terra Linda.

All three were veteran deputies. The department has not said what they were doing at the time or what caused the explosion.
