Detroit Tigers reliever Alex Lange is back with the team for the first time since May 22, 2024, after being activated from the injured list.

The Tigers announced that right-hander Alex Lange has been reinstated from the 60-day injured list. Left-hander Bailey Horn has been optioned to Triple-A Toledo in a corresponding active roster move. The 40-man roster had a vacancy but is now full.

When the Tigers were making an improbable run to the postseason at the end of last season, Lange was riveted to the TV.
