The Pittsburgh Steelers have received an injury update on Derrick Harmon — and it’s clear the rookie defensive lineman dodged a bullet following his knee sprain on Thursday.

Pittsburgh Steelers first-round draft pick Derrick Harmon was carted to the locker room after the defensive end injured his knee Thursday night in the preseason finale against the Carolina Panthers.

The rookie defensive lineman did not return to the game, but was later shown on the Steelers' bench in the second half and appeared to be in good spirits.
