A 20-year-old man accused of raping a woman along the Seminole Wekiva Trail earlier this week will remain in jail without bond, a Seminole County judge ruled Wednesday.

Shacarra Pouncy was stopped at a red light when she said Dugblis Rojas Jimenez’s white Volkswagen slammed into her vehicle before speeding away. On the hood of Jimenez’s car was her husband.
