From about 10:30 p.m. Sunday to 2 a.m. Monday, firefighters battled to keep a major fire under control at the Global Recycling Center in Dededo.

The Guam Police Department on Tuesday arrested Ariel Cruz and Edward Jack Borja for multiple charges, according to GPD public information officer Norman Analista.
