A panel of federal appellate judges has ruled that New Mexico’s seven-day waiting period on gun purchases likely infringes on citizens’ Second Amendment rights.

"These are funds that we requested for projects from the impact of last year's disaster (South Fork and Salt Fires)—not even this year's," Ruidoso Deputy Village Manager, Michael Martinez said.
