Mexico got a 1-0 win over Honduras that gets them to the Gold Cup final where they will face the United States.

Raúl Jiménez scored in the 50th minute off an assist from 16-year-old Gilberto Mora and Mexico advanced to its 12th CONCACAF Gold Cup final with a 1-0 victory over Honduras.

Raul Jimenez scored a second-half goal and Mexico are on their way to the Gold Cup final after holding back Honduras in Wednesday's final. The win at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., now makes it official – Sunday's final in Houston will be Mexico and the USA.
