Hillside deck in Studio City! ⛰️ Our team was called out after the client’s original deck, built on a thin 4-inch slab on unstable soil, failed and dropped nearly 6 inches and slid down the hillside. To replace it, we engineered and built a 65-foot-long, 8-foot-wide cantilevered concrete deck supported by piles and grade beams tied directly into the home’s foundation.
