Puedes estar entrenando fuerte, haciendo mil técnicas… y aun así no avanzar. Lo que marca la diferencia es simple: entrenar cerca del fallo, repetir estímulo varias veces por semana y, sobre todo, descansar bien. Sin eso, todo lo demás es secundario. Menos tonterías y más básicos bien hechos. 💪
