The zero-emission school bus mandate will crush rural school districts across Upstate New York. There is no money to build the charging infrastructure. No money to buy these buses. And no plan that works in harsh Upstate winters or over long rural routes. This is an unfunded mandate driven by a woke agenda out of Albany that ignores the real challenges our local schools face.
