Highlights from another championship run for Rich Froning and Team CrossFit Mayhem Freedom at the 2022 CrossFit Games in Madison, WI. Across five grueling days and 11 total events, Mayhem Freedom had its hands full against stellar competition, including Oslo Navy Blue, Invictus, Reykjavik, and Mayhem Independence.
