Security Personnel Services this afternoon apprehended a mental health patient who fled from Ward 16 of Oshakati State Hospital's psychiatric ward. The security team included police reservists handling protection at the state facility. Before escaping, the patient allegedly stabbed a security officer who tried to prevent him from leaving the psychiatric ward.
