Walking without the zimmer frame! It’s been a while since I’ve walked without the zimmer frame or crutches. It forced me to engage my core more and enabled me to work on my arm swing for a more natural gait. I’ve noticed after years of pushing my wheelchair, my arms kinda rest away from my body.
