Two years after launching as a luxury Italian ice cart, Brandyn Williams is taking his mobile business, Dolce Bella, to a static kiosk at Roosevelt Field mall. Here, you’ll find traditional Italian ices and unique gelato flavors as well as candy- and cookie- infused cannoli. The latest addition to the menu? The “Dolce Boom” a.k.a. a serving of Italian ice or gelato topped with an edible bubble of flavored smoke. | Newsday
