Students with special needs at Neptune Beach Elementary are making beautiful music thanks to a music therapy program that’s helping them communicate, complete tasks, and gain more confidence. Through a 10-week pilot program initiated this school year, students in two special needs classrooms are working with a board-certified music therapist twice a week as he gathers data and documents their progress.
