ONE wire Gm alternator Checked and cleaned every ground in engine bay Checked and cleaned every power wires in engine bay Ran new 4g wires for all grounds and power. Very simple system. What am I missing??? This is the 5th alternator I am trying. Two used alternators , now three new alternators. The first one from the parts store seized and melted the inside 10 seconds into spinning. Second carquest one was hooked up with dummy light and exciter wire. New one wire setup does the exact same thing
