Interactive Voice Response (IVR) scam is a new method that scammers are using to steal your money. Beware of fake calls from scammers impersonating HSBC or HSBC Amanah. If you receive a call from an unknown number with a voice recording saying it’s from your bank with instructions for you to approve transactions, do not press any number and end the call immediately.
